Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. You will work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that all information is entered in a timely manner and meets our quality standards. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our systems accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with sales and production teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry
- Maintain data entry standards and procedures
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data
- Keep track of all data entry activities and report on progress
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
