What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter and correct clinical data to ensure accurate documentation and prevent errors
- Provide timely and positive service to staff members
- Report documentation validity concerns to management and relevant departments
- Assist with testing new Electronic Health Record (EHR) functionality
- Protect and properly handle all confidential data to prevent unauthorized access
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with EHR/EMR systems from a billing, support, and/or user perspective
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in improving clinical standards and procedures

- Proven ability to build rapport across various groups
- Demonstrated drive to enhance clinical practices
