- Account Setup & Ownership Changes: Review incoming requests, search SAP S/4 for existing records, and determine next steps.
- Resale Tax Validation: Cross-check tax numbers with state databases and ensure all documentation is spot-on.
- Data Entry & Tracking: Keep our New Account tracker up to date and error-free.
- Reporting & Data Integrity: Analyze reports, catch discrepancies, and take action to keep our data sharp.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Jump into special projects that improve processes and support team goals.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel—VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas). SAP S/4 experience is a plus!
- Experience: 2+ years in customer service or a similar role with a strong focus on accuracy and data entry.
- Communication: Clear, professional, and collaborative—both written and verbal.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach.
- Work Style: Self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and thrive in both independent and team settings.
- Location: Panasonic Building (56th & Tower Rd, Denver)
- Schedule: Hybrid—3 days in-office, 2 days remote | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
