Shift - Saturday–Tuesday; 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Overview:
This is a high-speed manual data entry and document validation role supporting the processing of hardcopy and digital documents.
The position requires working four 10-hour shifts per week (Saturday–Tuesday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM) onsite in Parma, OH. Medical experience is a plus.
Typing test with speed of 45+ WPM & 10-key test with proficiency (10,000 keystrokes/hour minimum)

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual key data entry of 15,000 keystrokes/hour using data entry software

• Validate document classification, extracted data, and redacted content from digital files

• Manually enter metadata from digital documents

• Compare hardcopy documents to their digital versions for quality control

• Validate and correct digital check data, including CAR/LAR values, signatures, dates, and payees

• Generate check return letters as needed per procedure

• Perform check batch total reconciliation and check amount distribution per customer requirements

• Meet deadlines with consistent productivity and accuracy

• Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly in English

• Adapt to changing procedures while performing repetitive tasks

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of related data entry experience

• Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 10-key proficiency (10,000 keystrokes/hour minimum)

• Must pass an in-person typing test

• Familiarity with personal computers

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to maintain quality and meet production standards

• Excellent written communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment
