Job Description

- Collect and enter investment manager and index data on a monthly basis for certain asset classes
- Collect and enter custodian bank data on a monthly basis for certain custodian banks and clients
- Reconcile data with a third party, troubleshoot as needed, note reasons for any unresolved discrepancies, and approve
- Maintain due dates, checklists, and procedures
- Work in a deadline-driven environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, follow through and up on assigned tasks (team, client, and administrative) without needing to be micromanaged
- Provide support to the other Data Entry Specialists and Receptionist as needed
- Download data, information, fund fact sheets, etc. via the internet, Morningstar Direct, eVestment, etc. on a monthly, quarterly or ad-hoc basis
- Help achieve RVK business plan goals
- Other duties assigned as needed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong internal and external communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic grasp of math concepts and terms

- Data Entry Specialist Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
- RVK offers compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Positions are eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus if held by an active employee on the date bonuses are payable.
