      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately enter and report various types of data into the appropriate database cells
      - Document control and manage work orders, including completing necessary manual forms
      - Ensure proper handling and transfer of confidential records between software systems
      - Maintain a thorough understanding of document control and file management
      - Coordinate activities with plant supervisors and maintenance personnel to optimize database performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; previous experience preferred
      - Proficiency in reading and writing effective reports and business correspondence using Microsoft Office
      - Ability to lift 50 pounds and navigate production areas while adhering to safety protocols
      - Experience operating computers and utilizing database technology
      - Detail-oriented with strong error recognition and correction capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in data entry or a related administrative role
      - Familiarity with document control systems and procedures
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
