Drive impact with data accuracy! As Data Entry Supervisor, you’ll lead a team ensuring precise customer information for smooth shipments, effective marketing and data-driven decisions to support our growing North American company!

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of clean and accurate Direct Marketing customer information to ensure our mailings get to the customer.

• Train and coach the data hygiene team, managing team schedules and workflows.

• Troubleshoot customer issues related to catalog mailings or address-related concerns.

• Work with the Database Manager to resolve any customer information issues.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Accurate and organized with excellent attention to detail.
