Job Description

- Use the appropriate designated work instructions, and other instructions, to execute critical and routine tasks.
- Retrieve documents and data from authorized, databases to perform routine tasks that may include data entering new information, validation of data, corrections or updates to existing information, and documentation of findings.
- Accurately data enter all appropriate information in multiple eligibility and tracking systems.
- Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to make timely and accurate selections in the processing of transactions.
- Determine if an image requires an appointment to be rescheduled.
- Meet individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management.
- Attend and successfully completes job related and industry specific systems and policy training as required to perform the duties of the position.
- Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, requests clarification and effectively raises queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions that arise from executing the task.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience working in a health or human services call center
- Knowledge of the community to be served
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people; cultural
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment

- Performing administrative functions, including printing and mailing client documents, stuffing envelopes, and verifying packets with multi-client information.
- Applying postage using a meter machine and ensuring timely mailing.
- Meeting performance requirements for application support.
- Completing other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required.
- At least one year of experience in a clerical or administrative role, with experience using a personal computer and general office equipment.
- Vocational or higher-level education is preferred.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer search engines and basic PC/keyboarding skills.
- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with strong reading and comprehension abilities.
- Ability to sort, file, type, and process materials efficiently.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Regular attendance is required.
- This is a monolingual position.
