What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer programs/functions, including MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and Internet
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related administrative role
- Familiarity with utilization review processes and medical case management
- Previous experience handling confidential medical information
