Job Description

- Perform general office duties including filing, answering phones, and computer data entry using primarily Word and Excel.
- Receive and track various monthly logs and reports.
- Compile paperwork for both data entry and submission to the central office.
- Communicate effectively with remote sites and vendors to coordinate tasks and gather information.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an administrative role preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
