Job Description
- Req#: 292223BR
• academic degree in relevant area, including Business, Mathematics or Physics, preferably with focus on AI
• at least 3 - 5 years proven relevant experience in Data Ethics or Trustworthy / Responsible AI, Model Risk Management or related area, preferably in the financial industry with leading institutions, business consultancies or supervisory authorities
• knowledge of either Data Ethics, Trustworthy / Responsible AI, Model validation / risk assessment, ability to identify risks and translate them into operational implications for the UBS Organisation. Knowledge about AI Fairness and Explainability is a plus
• ability to maneuver within the UBS organisation and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• driven, self-starter and proven ability to organize own work in a dynamic working environment and delivering on different topics within agreed timelines
• flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
