      DATA EXCELLENCE ANALYST, POZNAŃ

      Role overview

      As the Data Excellence Analyst, you will play an essential role in securing the accuracy and reliability of data supporting reporting activities for the Carlsberg Group in the area of Supply Chain Operations and Procurement. You will be leading the continuous improvement of underlying master data structures and ad-hoc developments & analysis related to the referred areas. You will be responsible for co-developing data models and dashboards that enable improved visibility of performance data and insights.

      What you’ll be doing

      • Establishing and running reporting solutions to secure monthly timely and accurate data submissions, mitigating discrepancies and gaps (ex: pricing information, updating hierarchy mapping tables)
      • Collecting and consolidating relevant master data to support hierarchy management and data enrichment outside ERP systems for effective benchmarking
      • Contributing to building visualization dashboards and reporting which turn the existing data/analytics into usable information by the business
      • Providing recommendations that continuously improve the existing models or data reporting processes through master data cleanups or automation
      • Working closely with the team and proactively offering and requesting support according to project needs and priorities
      • Ensuring a consistent approach and way of working across the team and projects which reinforces Carlsberg’s data handling and reporting standards, updating documentation when relevant
      • Troubleshooting reporting solutions deployed to business users that could adversely impact the usage of the capabilities

      What we’re looking for

      We are looking for a person who:

      • Has a University degree in Business Intelligence, Engineering, Economics, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management
      • Has a fluent command of English (spoken and written)
      • Shows understanding of a matrix organization
      • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Shows natural IT/mobile technology savviness, with the ability to analyze a large number of figures.
      • Has advanced Excel skills
      • Shows basic understanding of Sharepoint, PowerQuery & PowerBi; Anaplan and PowerAutomate skills will be considered as an asset
      • Has a basic understanding of Master data and ERP systems
      • Shows ability to identify opportunities, challenge the status quo, and express ideas to enable development tools and processes used for data analysis in the planning and logistics community.
      • Is able to meet customers’ expectations, both internally and externally.
      • Is driven to achieve excellent results in a team environment
      • Is a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to understand and deploy the shared strategy
      • Has strong problem-solving skills coupled with the confidence to pre-empt difficulties before they arise and be unfazed when dealing with uncertain
      • Is a team player who combines good communication skills with genuine analytical insight
