      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Program Management and stewardship of governance teams
      - Engage with business and data stakeholders to identify projects
      - Develop and maintain the MMS data catalog
      - Lead and facilitate metadata documentation projects
      - Manage and Publish data governance KPIs and reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field
      - 5+ years of experience in data governance and compliance, with a focus on healthcare
      - Strong understanding of applicable regulations like HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, CPRA, and CCPA
      - Excellent project management skills with a track record in metadata, data quality, data privacy, and compliance
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with popular data governance tools and platforms (e.g., Alation)
      - Understanding of data quality dimensions and their relationship with metadata management
      - Familiarity with database structures, data architectures, and data modeling
      - Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops to elevate organizational understanding of metadata and data governance
