- Performing assessments of current capabilities and processes to inform development of strategic recommendations.
- Integrating recommendations into comprehensive roadmap and implementation plan(s).
- Driving coordination across EDSGO organization to identify and facilitate strategic integration points.
- Partnering with Senior Enterprise and LOB stakeholders to gather buy-in to strategic recommendations and drive implementation.
- Facilitating engagement with 2nd line risk and 3rd line audit partners to proactively manage and mitigate risks across the portfolio.
- Driving engagement across all lines of defense (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
- Defining and operationalizing key risk and performance indicators (KRI/KPIs) to proactively identify issues and monitor progress against strategic priorities.
- Designing and operationalizing management reporting tools / analytics to help drive the business.
- Synthesizing and preparing strategic updates to key Senior Executive Leadership, Risk Committees, and external Regulators.
- Ability to drive strategic programs from end-to-end (current state assessment, recommendations, roadmap, implementation, monitoring).
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management and change adoptions skills with experience with various levels within an organization and across multiple global regions.
- Experience with evaluating and developing response to regulatory and audit inquiries.
- Experience delivering large projects/programs with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications.
- Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal) and navigate at all levels in the organization with the detail appropriate to the forum and audience
- Advanced PowerPoint and excel skills.
- Ability to effectively navigate a highly matrixed organization.
- Highly organized with critical thinking and analytical abilities at both the strategic and tactical levels.
- Experience with regulatory efforts/risk and compliance/GBAM.
- Excellent facilitation/presentation skills, experience with large groups and senior leadership.
- Ability to connect business outcomes with operational and technological considerations.
- Strong detail orientation and a willingness to synthesize diverse ideas into tangible action plans.
- Insight to identify gaps and execution risks and escalate as appropriate.
- Ability to understand, interpret and track meaningful metrics.
- Strong sense of urgency with demonstrated history of ability to execute well.
- Flexibility to work outside normal working hours to cover international meetings given global nature of the stakeholder population.

- Typically has 8+ years of program strategy, project management and/or regulatory program experience

The Enterprise Data Strategy, Governance, & Operations (EDSGO) group is responsible for establishing enterprise oversight and sustainable governance of Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR), establishing Enterprise data strategy and LOB alignment, and promoting LOB accountability for report & data health. This role reports directly to the Enterprise NFRR Executive and provides cross-functional support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members accountable for NFRR Strategy, Enterprise Data Strategy, and Data Analytics & Reporting. Role requires expert, strategic level project management expertise and experience, responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of an enterprise program.
