What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement organizational change management strategies to maximize employee adoption
- Coach and support leaders to act as change agents within the organization
- Provide consultative expertise to integrate change management activities into project plans
- Establish cross-functional relationships to effectively influence organizational initiatives
- Create and deliver training materials and communications tailored for various stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience leading Data Governance changes from start to finish
- Must possess Prosci or other industry-leading OCM certification
- Proven experience in drafting communications and training deliverables, such as user guides
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues
- Strong skills in creating change deliverables, including training materials and stakeholder communications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a matrixed organizational environment
- Familiarity with existing tools and processes related to Data Governance
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive organizational initiatives effectively
