What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related role
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies
- Strong knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with federal government or healthcare data governance initiatives
- Knowledge of data governance best practices, tools, and methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
