      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage projects to ensure delivery expectations are met and proper approvals are obtained for release.
      - Analyze client interface requirements, identify gaps, and handle all questions related to the client’s specific file layout.
      - Create initial design for new parser implementations and ongoing modifications.
      - Evaluate data and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
      - Produce accurate and meaningful ad hoc reports from verbal and written requests.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher and 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
      - 2+ years working with client data and client interfaces.
      - 2+ years working with relational databases and SQL.
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Red Hat Decision Manager a plus.
      - Experience with Agile methodologies a plus.
      - Knowledge of healthcare claims processing platforms a plus.
      - Experience with XML and real-time processing systems a plus.
      - Experience with Jira applications a plus.
