      About the role

      In this role as a L&H Data Management Intern, you will be supporting team activities such as but not limited to client data file operations, analyzing large data sets, onboarding of clients and their data into Swiss Re' internal systems, and a variety of stakeholder projects.

      About the team

      Data Management is an integral function within Life & Health Business Management Americas that is responsible for collecting, mapping, and making data accessible to internal partners. The team is also responsible to bring to bear our "big-data" platform to improve the organization's analytics capabilities.

      About you (requirements)

      • Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science or related quantitative field (e.g. Applied Mathematics, Engineering)
      • Passionate about data and problem solving
      • Excellent analytical, and communication skills
      • Proficiency in one or more tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power Apps etc. with the ability to query & analyze data, and build software solutions
