Job Description

- Assist with administrative duties for the Early Head Start/Head Start web based data management system.
- Establish users, user environment, directories, and security for Early Head Start/Head Start web based data
management system. - Provide trainings and technical assistance to staff on an as-needed basis.
- Utilize the data management system for tracking on children, family and staff.
- Compile information into relevant demographic data reports for needs assessment and program planning.
- Provide data management and reporting support for Early Head Start/Head Start staff.
- Maintain administrative files for student applications and enrollments.
- Regularly runs reports for status of children and works with center/collaboration staff to ensure the correct entry
of information. - Maintain Status Change forms for all center and collaboration children.
- Meet all required reporting responsibilities.
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Assists in oversight of the Early Head Start/Head Start web based data management system, and maintains office files of Early Head Start/Head Start applications and enrollment forms.

Minimum 2 years in an office setting
2 yearstwo to four years related experience and/or training
Preferred
Database management experiences a plus.
