      Assists in oversight of the Early Head Start/Head Start web based data management system, and maintains office files of Early Head Start/Head Start applications and enrollment forms.

      Essential Functions

      • Assist with administrative duties for the Early Head Start/Head Start web based data management system.
      • Establish users, user environment, directories, and security for Early Head Start/Head Start web based data
        management system.
      • Provide trainings and technical assistance to staff on an as-needed basis.
      • Utilize the data management system for tracking on children, family and staff.
      • Compile information into relevant demographic data reports for needs assessment and program planning.
      • Provide data management and reporting support for Early Head Start/Head Start staff.
      • Maintain administrative files for student applications and enrollments.
      • Regularly runs reports for status of children and works with center/collaboration staff to ensure the correct entry
        of information.
      • Maintain Status Change forms for all center and collaboration children.
      • Meet all required reporting responsibilities.
      • Complies with all policies and standards
      • Performs other duties as assigned

      Qualifications

      Education

      Required

      Associates

      Experience

      Required 1 year

      Minimum 2 years in an office setting

      2 years

      two to four years related experience and/or training

      Preferred

      Database management experiences a plus.

      Excellent interpersonal; skills and successful experience working in teams
