      Provides transactional and administrative support for a significant number of Human Resource's programs and systems, primarily the ones described in the responsibilities. Investigates additional support opportunities.

      Performs work of higher levels of complexity, scope, and impact. May assist with more complex projects. Detailed knowledge of work group processes and procedures.

      Chevron is accepting online applications for the Data Management Specialist position through June 28, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time.

      Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

      • Implement, lead and coordinate regional and global reorganizations, acquisitions and divestitures in accordance to global standards and may have increasing responsibilities to facilitate org design session with the business. Provides support to the Chevron Talent Optimization - CTO tool for the selection events during reorganizations.

      • Provide basic training to HR customers in relation to reorganizations, etc.

      • Perform mass upload changes and Workday including Pay Determination related data

      • Handle escalated or routed inquiries and calls from the Customer Support Reps and Data Processing Reps for resolution.

      • Partner and collaborates with various HRSS teams to improve processes and identify solution to address customer needs.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or other related courses

      • Strong communication and coordination skills

      • Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills

      • Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

      • Experience in Workday or data management is a plus

      • Knowledge in system integration is an advantage but is not required

      Relocation Options:

      Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

      International Considerations:

      Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
