      Job Description:

      This position will support adherence to the Enterprise Data Management policies and standards, working with the Centralized Data Management Adherence team aligned to the Consumer Data Management organization. The person will support this team and serve as a Policy Lead that is responsible for interpreting, developing implementation plans and driving the execution of the plan with business controls, process owners and/or data domains impacted by the requirements. The person will manage the work required to ensure all multi team process metrics are satisfactory as well as perform the POP/ORCIT tasks necessary for these metrics. The person will also document required procedures and maintain governance artifacts as required for the Enterprise Data Management policies.

      Responsibilities:

      • Works with Line of Business partners, including Compliance, Audit, and Risk to understand needs and produce data solutions, often times in partnership with Technology

      • Identifies gaps in data management standards adherence and works with appropriate partners to develop plans for resolution, including recommendations so that relevant risk and compliance policies and standards are met

      • Analyzes emerging needs for data to address risk, regulatory, or business enablement priorities and appropriately plans for interim and target state solutions within data management policies

      • Monitors key performance indicators and internal controls in accordance with established thresholds, standards, and policies

      Required Skills:

      • Familiarity and working knowledge of Enterprise Data Management (“EDM”) Standards and related processes

      • Strong familiarity with the Process Management Policy and understanding of the risk taxonomy and control frameworks.

      • 2-4 years of data analysis experience

      • Demonstrated understating of data management concepts and best practices

      • Independent research and analysis capabilities

      • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to easily master new desktop technology, tools and applications.

      • Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities in a matrixed organization, strong risk-based prioritization/time management skills, self-directed and result-oriented

      • Strong oral (ex. telephone, telepresence meetings, etc.) and written (ex. e-mail, PowerPoint, etc.) communication skills, including the ability to explain results at a level that resonates across many different audiences within a virtual environment

      • Ability to build relationships across the organization, facilitate collaboration and influence outcomes

      • Service-oriented perspective

      • Strong attention to detail

      • Strong critical thinking and problem solving, connecting tactics to strategy. Excels at risk/reward trade off. Can distinguish the headlines from the footnotes and escalate appropriately

      • Adaptability, flexibility (others would describe you as a fast learner)

      • Ability to obtain information in a timely and efficient manner

      • Ability to navigate within a constantly changing environment and under tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy

      • Strong project management skills: planning, organization, leadership, negotiation, creativity

      Desired Skills:

      • POP/ORCIT experience

      • Business acumen and experience with Consumer related data domains (ex. Deposits, Customer, Mortgage, Credit Card Lending, etc.)

      • Advanced Excel skills strongly desired (ex. VLOOKUPS, pivots, etc.)

      • Project Management certified

      • 3+ plus years of project management support experience

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $115,000.00 - $168,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
