Support key initiatives, data assets, and projects with the Consumer Analytics & Delivery Squad teams.
Operate within an MI data and insight function.
Develop complex MI data solutions using SQL, Excel, Access, and PowerBI, focusing on formula creation and VBA coding.
Gather, interpret, and present data insights.
Source and connect data from multiple sources, understanding data warehouse infrastructures.
Deliver analysis to all organisational levels.
Work with large data sets, using tools to manipulate data and improve processes.
Conduct ETL activities, ideally in a customer contact environment.
Understand customer contact technology.
Take ownership of your development, staying updated with new products and data management techniques.
Experience with data languages (e.g., SQL, DAX).
Knowledge of relational database structures and practices.
Proficiency with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
Understanding of Cloud technologies and development approaches.
Experience in developing and delivering data products for internal customers.
Experience working in an agile squad.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with project management methods (e.g., agile, waterfall, Scrum).
Experience in establishing and monitoring KPIs.
Commercial experience in related sectors (e.g., insurance, healthcare) or functions (e.g., marketing) is beneficial but not mandatory.
