What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become an expert in assigned clients' payment systems and policies
- Identify and present overpayments to clients through advanced data analysis
- Document new concepts and train internal analysts on correct payment calculations
- Maintain and enhance existing production queries
- Serve as a resource to others on client policies and overpayment concepts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of experience in claims data review
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience or SQL knowledge
- Ability to work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional overtime
- Experience recalculating expected claim reimbursement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical coding knowledge or experience
- Experience identifying payment errors by reviewing data
- Experience with COB (Coordination Of Benefits)
