Job Description

Archiving project metadata, ensuring critical data backups are completed.
Creating and managing the directory structures for multiple projects; Moving, copying and deleting project files.
Monitoring central storage disk usage using disk management software tools; Capacity planning and management of production data storage.
Creating accounts for numerous high profile clients.
Always looking for ways in which efficiency and productivity can be improved.
Experience working with computers and technically minded.
Ability to problem solve creatively and spot inefficiencies within current workflows and processes.
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and work independently.
A proactive individual who enjoys the challenge that a fast paced environment brings.

Full-Time, Permanent Position
12 hour night shifts, 4 on 4 off rotational shift pattern
Location: Perivale, London
Position Summary
As a Data Operator, you will be situated within one of Deluxe’s most significant departments at the heart of the Digital Cinema pipeline. You will be required to undertake day-to-day digital file and metadata quality checks, delivery, storage management and long-term cataloguing and archiving.
