Job Description

Create an effective local step-by-step privacy program that is in line with the GDPR criteria and FNZ policies
Assure that all the data processes in CH are being conducted according to the GDPR standards
Report to the management on the potential threats to data security and general integrity, and what can be done to eliminate them
Educate employees on the matters of data privacy and data protection under the GDPR
Ensure staff that is directly related to or involved in the data collection, processing, or storing is trained
Ensure that we keep track of and record all the operations that involve users’ personal data and the reasons for these operations to take place
Audit the data processes to assess their performance and address possible problems proactively
Report on the progress of the implementation and maintenance of the data privacy program in the company to the GDPR authorities, stakeholders, and public/customers, as well as communicate with GDPR supervisors
Ensure that data quality is becoming a point of focus for all employees, when carrying out their tasks, in particular for MS and future BPO services
Deep experience in working with information assets
Solid knowledge of data governance and understanding of compliance structures
Ability to assign business value to security efforts
Ability to trigger actions that would strengthen security

Excellent communication skills – you should be adept at listening to, understanding, and explaining key concepts to managerial and technical resources.
Good Anticipation and problem-solving skills – you should be able to anticipate where problems might crop up and find solutions before the system gets deployed.
Ability to deal with pressure – must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize and manage time – IT projects often have fixed deadlines that cannot be averted
Relationship building - Ability to form a good rapport with clients, managers, and colleagues as part of trust-building
In-depth knowledge about quality standards, legislation, and best practices
Ability to communicate technical information to other technical team members but also to coworkers in other departments who may not have knowledge of networking technical terminology
English is a must, German or other CH languages is an asset
