- Lead and motivate a team of .NET developers, as a scrum master, ensuring efficient project execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and implement process improvements using tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope for Azure, mobile, and on-premises applications.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging growth and skill development among team members using training tools such as Pluralsight.

- A hybrid telework schedule may be an option once initial training is complete.

- Software Development: Knowledge of the principles, methods, and tools for designing, developing, and testing software in a given environment.
- Web Technology: Knowledge of the principles and methods of web technologies, tools, and delivery systems, including web security, privacy policy practices, and user interface issues.
- Software Engineering: Knowledge of software engineering design and development methodologies, paradigms, and tools; the software life cycle; software reusability; and software reliability metrics.
- Data Systems: Knowledge of computer hardware and software development and systems as they apply to the conception, specification, analysis, planning, development, installation, test, modification and use of data handling and computing systems.
- Database Management Systems: Knowledge of the uses of database management systems and software to control the organization, storage, retrieval, security, and integrity of data.
