      Overview

      This is a Europe Data Product Manager role responsible for managing Sustainability Pep+ Europe Data & AI solutions, including design and implementation of information systems to meet identified business requirements. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong Data & IT background, show proficiency managing a group of IT professionals and all ranges
      of business stakeholders using Agile practices.

      As a Europe DPM’s will be responsible for engagement with S&T transformation and Europe sector Sustainability team, managing the data product roadmap, defining data product or service requirements , co-ordination of pod delivery, maintaining product budgets, reporting progress to stakeholders and drive data product value realisation.


      Responsibilities

      Your day to day with us:

      • Will be responsible for overseeing the Europe E2E Sustainability /Pep+ Delivery of a D&AI Product including delivery data product demand, stakeholder engagement, managing data product roadmaps, timelines, budget, value realization, D&AI resource requirements, progress reporting and co-ordination the overall delivery of the Europe D&AI program pod.
      • Will be responsible for managing risks, issues and escalations across the delivery lifecycle of a D&AI product and support the Europe pod in to raise issues to stakeholders that may impact delivery timelines.
      • Translate business requirements to technical requirements: Will work with stakeholders and key members of the D&AI pod to define the Data Product Requirements (what is required in Gold Layer) and to hand over to the Program Data
      • Steward to perform the Data Discovery Assessment and ensuring that the data product is developed in line with the needs of the program.
      • Will manage stakeholder engagement through from initially assessing demand through to go-live of the D&AI Product.
      • Fluent communication with Global team to ensure Europe requirements follow Global roadmap and are aligned with Pepsico Strategy.

      Qualifications

      What do you need to succeed:

      • University education (BS /BA level) or higher required.
      • 3+ years of project management, leading diverse team.
      • 3+ years hands on experience on project financial management and IT vendor management required.
      • Strong SQL skills. Desirable experience working with Azure Platform, Databricks, Python and Azure Dev Ops.
      • Good communication skills to manage conversations with different stakeholders both technical and functional.
      • Knowledge on Power BI/ Tableau and power automate tools is a must.
      • Experience defining and implementing Sustainability projects.
      • Experience applying Agile practices as PM/PO, Safe certification would be desired.
      • CPG experience preferred.
      • Business-level proficiency in English in mandatory.
