      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and deliver data protection awareness and training activities for UNICEF staff and affiliated personnel
      - Establish regular communications with Data Protection Champions to implement the data protection program across the organization
      - Facilitate communications with senior leadership to secure support for data protection program implementation
      - Develop global training and awareness-raising materials and tools for UNICEF staff
      - Organize thematic workshops and webinars to enhance understanding of personal data protection among personnel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced University degree in data protection and privacy law, data science, computer science, or a related field
      - At least 7 years of experience in personal data protection and privacy with a focus on training and capacity building
      - Strong understanding of national and international data protection laws, including GDPR
      - Experience in developing data protection training materials and conducting workshops
      - Native or near-native proficiency in English, both oral and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience working with a multilateral or UN organization
      - Competence in advanced Excel, Word, data analytics, and data visualization
      - Strong project management skills, including task prioritization and workflow coordination
      - Ability to translate complex concepts into simple terms for a non-technical audience
      - Demonstrated strong writing and presentation skills
