What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Learn about population health and develop skills in data monitoring and quality analysis
- Prepare, analyze, and integrate large volumes of healthcare data
- Ensure high-quality data for customers to support their success in value-based care
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure customers have the necessary data for improving population health
- Take ownership of data quality and monitoring processes for multiple customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field, or equivalent technical experience
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating relational databases
- Basic understanding of Python, including how to run scripts
- Experience with data analysis principles and analyzing healthcare data (claims and/or clinical)
- Detail-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and solve problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for collaboration and problem solving
- Experience with value-based care models
- Familiarity with the AWS platform, specifically S3 and Redshift
- Experience in an agile environment and using collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of command line tools and regular expressions
