Job Description
- Req#: 29403
- Communicate with other departments internally and with external organizations to update provider routing information.
- Research missing provider and/or facility contact information and follow up accordingly.
- Monitor electronic medical record for failed documentation and research accordingly for appropriate routing.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Hours may vary based upon the operational needs of the department. This is a hybrid position.

We are seeking a Data Quality Specialist to:
Education:
Minimum - General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
Preferred - High School Diploma.
Work Experience:
Preferred - Six months of work experience in a records-oriented setting. One-year experience in a clinical or Health Information Management Department of a large health care facility.
Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred - RHIT or RHIA preferred.
