What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in evaluating and writing utilization and cost containment reports
- Mine data from appropriate systems to extract actionable insights
- Present data findings and provide feedback to management or senior analysts
- Perform data entry tasks in support of senior analysts
- Seek and adopt best practices in data reporting and analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related industry with a focus on data analytics and data science
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong PC skills and basic database management knowledge
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data reporting
- Familiarity with database management systems
