      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools to monitor pharmacy expense trends and key performance indicators
      - Manage and maintain Pharmacy DataMart ETL processes for accurate data integration from external sources
      - Develop complex SQL logic to transform and reconcile data from various systems
      - Support 340B program reporting by creating custom reports and automating documentation
      - Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to analyze drug spend and support variance analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA or BS degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred in Data Science, Computer Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or Finance
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare analytics or pharmacy finance, preferably within a hospital or health system
      - Advanced proficiency in SQL (Oracle/OCI preferred), Tableau, Excel, and large relational databases
      - Strong understanding of 340B program compliance and hospital pharmacy operations
      - Excellent communication skills to explain data insights to diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with medication utilization and waste reduction initiatives
      - Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering insights under tight timelines
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to visualize data for executive presentations
      - Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline automation
