What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources
- Conduct analyses using statistical and computational methods to support projects
- Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings
- Collaborate with various teams to apply data insights to improve programs
- Ensure data quality, security, and integrity across different systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
- 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data manipulation, statistical applications, programming, and modeling
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Experience with Python, including torch and scikit-learn libraries
- Familiarity with image data or unstructured text data and large language models
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience working with research or program evaluation data
