      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and oversee the Data Science team in analyzing internal and external data and performing statistical modeling
      - Determine project requirements and plans, establish priorities, and ensure progress
      - Evaluate project status and resource utilization, implementing changes to improve effectiveness
      - Coach and manage staff, make talent selection decisions, and ensure budget and performance targets are met
      - Ensure department or functional area compliance with policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, computer science, operations research, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related quantitative field
      - 8 or more years of experience, including 4 or more years of leadership experience
      - Strong knowledge of agile methodology for project management
      - Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
      - Knowledge of AI and machine learning tools, insurance modeling, and advanced analytics techniques

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's or Ph.D. degree in a related field
      - Experience with visualization software, particularly Tableau
