      Title: Data Scientist
      Location: Dallas, TX/ New York/ New Jersey (Onsite)

      Who are we looking for?
      We’re looking for individuals with 8+ years of experience in implementing and managing data science projects.
      You should have strong knowledge of traditional machine learning techniques and large language models (LLMs).
      You must be capable of navigating complex ML systems and providing guidance on model development and evaluation.
      Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and chatbot applications is preferred.
      While software skills are important, this role is focused on data science, not strictly data engineering, ML engineering, or software development.
      Responsibilities:
      • Lead data science and machine learning projects, including model development, tuning, and evaluation.
      • Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
      • Convert business requirements into technical solutions and clearly communicate progress to non-technical stakeholders.
      • Work with other data scientists and engineers to deliver successful projects.
      Technical Skills – Must Have:
      • Strong experience in NLP and LLMs.
      • Proficiency in Python for:
        • Data analysis
        • Supervised and unsupervised ML tasks
      • Ability to translate complex ML problems into actionable deliverables.
      • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
      • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
      • Experience building data and ML pipelines using MLOps principles.
      • Stay updated with new ML tools, algorithms, and techniques and apply them to real-world problems.
      • Solid understanding of ML model evaluation and monitoring metrics.
      Technical Skills – Good to Have:
      • Experience deploying ML models into production.
      • Experience building chatbots.
      • Familiarity with both open-source and proprietary LLMs.
      • Experience using tools and frameworks like scikit-learn, BERT, LangChain, AutoGen, etc.
      • Certifications or completed courses in data science.
      Education:
      • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
