What You Will Be Doing

2. Build data pipelines, dashboards, and tools for automated reporting, campaign tracking, and real-time analytics.
3. Assess workflows, behavior trends, and feedback to craft strategies that elevate contributor satisfaction and long-term engagement.
4. Leverage data insights to diagnose contributor challenges and implement solutions that promote a high-performing, engaging environment.
