      About the Role

      As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for defining project scopes. You will support the development and training of junior staff, develop best practices, and act as the project leader. You will work within your team to execute increasingly sophisticated approaches to deliver outcomes.

      Responsibilities

      • Executing team's Data Science best practices

      • Offering mentor support to more junior Data Scientist

      • Taking a lead in developing of models and analytics

      • Building models, performing analytics, and creating AI features

      • Presenting results to internal stakeholders

      • Interacting with customers and clients where required

      Requirements

      • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to a wide audience

      • Be a natural problem solver and able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issues

      • Have experience in leading complex projects and customer relationships

      • Experience in a Data Scientist role
