- Programming experience (Python experience a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills/knowledge.

This internship will pay $17.00/hour. This is a hourly position.
OverviewThis internship is available to an interested student that can commit to working a summer only internship. The internship would start May 27th and run through the beginning of August with a tentative end date of August 1st (this end date is subject to change).
Work location of this internship will be at the JUMP Simulation and Education Center in Peoria, Il. Interested students must be willing to work during the summer in Peoria, Il as the internship will not offer the option to work remote.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Data Science Intern supports the design, development, documentation, deployment, and maintenance of data science products by using a combination of enabling tools including but not limited to SQL and Python. This position also contributes to the analysis, interpretation, presentation of and education on data science solutions in support of OSF HealthCare's strategic objectives.
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Current student working towards a graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or other related quantitative discipline.
