  Job Summary:

  The Data Scientist is responsible for gathering and documenting user and client requirements, developing and testing new products or services, collecting client feedback, and recommending improvements.

  What you will do:

  • Assist in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products.
  • Analyze existing offerings, prepare technical documentation, and recommend upgrades.
  • Provide recommendations for developing more effective products/services.
  • Support the organization by fulfilling data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency and employee productivity.
  • Identify user/client requirements for a product or service and define technical specifications.
  • Prepare and share technical documentation.

  What you have - Skills:

  • Analytical Precision and Data-Driven Problem Solving: Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understand the necessity and value of accuracy; complete tasks with high levels of precision. Analytical Thinking: Apply techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; determine root causes of organizational problems and create alternative solutions. Data Gathering and Analysis: Follow policies, practices, and standards for determining functional and informational requirements. Confirm deliverable associated with requirements analysis. Communicate with customers and users to elicit and gather client requirements. Participate in the preparation of detailed documentation and requirements. Use organizational methods, tools, and techniques for requirements analysis. Teach others how to improve the validity and reliability of data used in various analyses.
  • Information Access and Technical Documentation: Query and Database Access Tools: Use and support data management systems; access facilities for searching, extracting, and formatting data for further use. Technical Writing/Documentation: Write technical documents such as manuals, reports, guidelines, and documentation on standards, processes, and applications.
  • Effective Communication and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective Communications: Understand and apply effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; transmit, receive, and interpret ideas, information, and needs accurately. Cross-Team Integration: Involve key stakeholders in upfront planning; understand product groups, facilities, and transformation efforts to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Product and Solution Development: Product Design and Development: Understand product features; design, build, and develop new products, technologies, or services from concept through production.

  Basic Qualifications:

  • Bacheloor's Degree.
  • Pre-Advanced English.
  • Knowledge in SQL Programming language.
  • Advanced Microsoft O365 (Power Platform - Power BI, Apps, Automate).

  Top Candidates will have:

  • Knowledge in Python.
  • Advanced SQL Programming language.
  • Previous Project Management experience (Black Belt/Agile).
  • Advanced English.
