  Roles & Responsibilities
   To build 3 CAVA models including developing ML models, conducting sensitivity analysis and vulnerability analysis for assets in Distribution and Transmission
   To process large data including asset data, weather data, failure data and curate data for feature engineering
   To develop decision-tree based ML model and produce probability of failure for each asset
   To convert SHAP values to fragility curve to represent the distribution of probability of failure and weather variables (precipitation, temperature)
   To calibrate fragility curve with projected climate change and produce vulnerability results
   To run postprocessing analysis including aggregation and asset capacity analysis
   To work with data engineers, data scientists, engineers, and GIS team to complete planned work for CAVA
   Deliver model results in time to meet the timeline set for CAVA filling
  Generic Managerial Skills, If any
  Ability to self-monitor the progress of AI/ML models that are already created or existing. The candidate should be able to debug and make required changes with no or very limited supervision. The candidate will be required to report progress to customers with or no managerial representation on the quality of work
  
  
  
  
  Salary Range: $150,000-$170,000 a year
