We have produced the world's first single-crystal diamond wafers and aim to integrate diamonds into every chip. As a profitable unicorn, we have secured $515 million in funding and are executing a multi-billion dollar expansion to convert greenhouse gases into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy.

We seek a detail-oriented, hands-on Data Scientist to enhance our data collection, analysis, and visualization capabilities. This role supports financial performance tracking, e-commerce optimization, and key business metric reporting. You will collaborate with finance, accounting, and e-commerce teams to lead data-driven initiatives that improve decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and streamline operations. Your focus will be on improving data ingestion, standardizing reporting, and ensuring data accuracy and security. A candidate with a subset of the required skills and a willingness to learn others is ideal.

      Responsibilities

      2. Design, maintain, and automate performance reports aligned with budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
      3. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and generate insights for business decisions.
      4. Enhance data infrastructure and workflows through automation and new technologies.
      5. Develop and automate financial models for planning, valuation, and forecasting; present findings to stakeholders.

      Requirements

      • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, with 3+ years in a data-focused role within finance, accounting, or eCommerce.
      • Expertise in SQL, with strong communication and data presentation skills.
      • Experience in financial planning and reporting.
      • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
      • Proficiency in Python programming language.

Salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 per year. This position is eligible for company shares. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and job responsibilities. Higher-level candidates may be considered with adjusted salaries.
