- Data Technology leader and subject matter expert with deep knowledge for a given set of Data technologies and applications as well as related processes.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by holistically stitching the right Data and AI solutions for enterprise clients
- Perform product or platform-based data landscape assessment, portfolio rationalization and provide solution to modernize, migrate and integrate applications on Hyperscaler using best practices and approaches
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders to gather the required information, understand the client expectations, get clarity through workshops, suggest/deliberate on the right solution
- Provide subject matter expertise and / or technical vision to resolve and address business issues and priorities
- Designing enterprise data platforms on cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) including services like ETL pipelines, Data Modeling, Visualization, Data Governance, RDM/MDM, etc.
- Expert Troubleshooter and swift in managing any escalations or SOS situations in delivery or data related proposals.
- Contribute to building offerings / solutions / automation accelerators and nurturing NexGen data talent.
- Liaise with vertical / account teams to go after new data related opportunities as well as grow in existing engagements.
- Someone with a balanced mix of technical and business skills and working with an enterprise architecture team for strategic direction.
- Develop and drive domain/application standards and best practices that align with enterprise direction.
- Proven work experience as a Data Solution Architect or similar role in building data architecture, Data models, Pipeline using AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Athena, QuickSight, etc.) or similar native Azure or GCP services.
- Strong experience on Snowflake or DataBricks (including PySpark) along with tools like DBT or Snaplogic or Informatica Stack
- Proactively seek to understand major industry trends and apply them to solutions, new initiatives, and capability roadmaps
- Provide technical guidance to the project teams and work closely with other Architects to ensure that project architectures follow established architecture standards and guidelines.
- Good communication and presentation skills and ability to understand the business priorities and how Technology can support these initiatives.
- Understanding of the Agile based development and execution approach
- Well versed with data consumption design patterns like semantic layers, visualizations, ML models, etc.
