      Main Role Responsibility:

      The role of a Data Solutions & Performance Analytics Specialist is critical in managing and implementing data-related initiatives within an organization.

      The responsibilities of a Data Solutions & Performance Analytics Specialist can vary depending on the stakeholders’ size, and specific needs.

      Strategic Planning:

      • Develop and align data solutions with the overall business strategy.
      • Collaborate with business development teams to understand business goals and identify opportunities for leveraging data.

      Business Acumen:

      • Find patterns in the input KPI’s and interpret business behavior
      • Create insights from data points available and recommend actions

      Team Leadership

      • Lead a team of third party partner associates
      • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
      • Govern third party partner reports service levels
      • Govern standard procedures and performance metrics with the third party team.

      Data Architecture:

      • Design and maintain the organization's data architecture.
      • Define data standards, principles, and best practices.
      • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations.

      Data Integration:

      • Oversee the integration of data from various sources.
      • Implement and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
      • Ensure data quality and consistency across different systems.

      Data Governance:

      • Develop and enforce governance policies and procedures on Dashboards and Reports
      • Establish data ownership and accountability within the organization.
      • Monitor and manage data access, privacy, and security.
      • Ensure SOPs are crafted and updated

      Data Integrity:

      • Foster a culture of shared responsibility of data integrity
      • Address Data Sanitation issues raised and release a Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
      • Create policies and procedures for data integrity prior to release of reports/dashboards

      Data Analysis and Reporting:

      • Collaborate with business leads to derive insights from data.
      • Define and implement reporting and dashboard solutions.
      • Ensure the availability of accurate and timely data for decision-making.

      Technology Evaluation and Implementation:

      • Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in data management (RPA)
      • Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies for data solutions such as RPA, Automation Factory
      • Collaborate with Geo-IT and Automation Factory for regulatory checkpoints.
      • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data-related technologies.

      Project Management:

      • Manage end-to-end data projects, from conception to implementation.
      • Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

      Stakeholder Communication:

      • Communicate with key stakeholders to understand their data and reporting requirements.
      • Design wireframes and layout to audiences’ sign off
      • Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

      Continuous Improvement:

      • Gather opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
      • Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into the organization's data strategy.

      Risk Management:

      • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to data management.
      • Ensure compliance with data-related regulations and policies.
      • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for data solutions.

      Qualifications:

      • A graduate of engineering or IT/Computer Science related course
      • Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting and automation with experience in using PowerBI.
      • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
      • Must be willing to be based in Manggahan, Pasig City
