What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direction and guidance for Data Governance leading activities
- Research and understand PSaS tooling, market intelligence, and sales data needs
- Be the subject matter expert for data management standards and compliance needs
- Support efforts to drive continuous improvement of Data Governance processes
- Monitor and review Data Governance and Data Quality dashboards/scorecards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience as a Data Steward, Data Governance Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst in healthcare/retail industry
- Experience leading data governance and data management planning and execution activities
- Strong familiarity with data and analytics terminology, data governance, and data management practices
- Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, business analytics relevant to healthcare/pharmaceutical/biotech industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Organizational Management, engineering, or related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in SQL
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software like Excel, Tableau, PowerBI
