      Key Responsibilities:

      • Access management and accounts creation for JARVIS system – To support the local teams in accounts & access management for internal users through JARVIS System as well as IT ticketing system for internal users.
      • To conduct review of accounts every 3 months for any inactivity.
      • Provide first level incident management for JARVIS Japan system – Ability to support internal users on general usage of JARVIS system as well as to escalate technical issues faced by users to appropriate technical teams for resolution.
      • To communicate and conduct random audit of various data from different data sources – This role is expected to provide the evidence of data reconciliation between final report and data from source system.
      • Work with various JARVIS product teams to create an audit schedule that can sufficiently mitigate risks in Japan.
      • Industry Knowledge: Experience on enterprise system such as SAP, SFDC, and Tableau will be an added advantage.
      • Maintain quality of the data using internal and external customer feedback, concerns, questions; internally reporting metrics; evaluating and identifying issues and coordinating and implementing corrections regularly.
      • Monitor data usage to assist teams, share best practice trends in data use, and provide insight into how and where teams can use data to help in day-to-day decision-making.
      • Ensure compliance and security of the data. Data stewards are responsible for protecting the data—while providing information on potential risks and offering regulatory guidance.

      Essential Responsibilities:

      • Knowledge and working experience in data management and analytic report creation
      • Knowledge and working experience in Sales Force Effectiveness Management
      • Experience in SQL, Sales Cloud, Tableau or any other equivalent Software.
      • Experience in distribution relationship management system will be added advantage.
      • Experience of working in an International environment with multiple languages.
      • Ready to work in the time zone of Japan.
      • Understand Process controls and DTPS/SOPs.
      • Able to handle and conduct audits on external companies.
      • Foster a diverse workplace and participates as team player.
      • Come up with improvement ideas related to his work stream.
