- Provide strategic direction to Nestlé on best practice utilisation of data & technology in paid media.
- E stablish a defined way of working through improved data usage across the entire media planning and buying process (and be able to quantify the positive change you have made) .
- Identify, develop, evaluate , and prioritise future use-cases based on their value vs. complexity (RO I)
- Significant and relevant experience in strategic consulting with a focus on data strategy, Analytics & AI, and “smart” digital products & services .
- Expert knowledge of data and its strategic applications in media communications, with a key focus on 1st party data , retail data platforms and measurement techniques.
- Strong client service and project management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate original, creative, and innovative data-driven solutions to challenges posed.
- Substantive, authoritative and credible – someone who will be able to quickly influence senior colleagues, clients, and partner agency people.
- Proven business development & sales experience, writing proposals, developing scope, roadmap and drafting solutions based on client requirements. Sales experience in a consulting context (proposals, pitches, solutioning ) .
- You are intellectually and interpersonally adaptive; willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
- You are enthusiastic, a team player, ambitious and eager to make an impact.
- Hands-on knowledge of working with 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data including CRM is a distinct advantage.

ACCOUNT OVERVIEW
OpenMind was recently awarded the ZEUR assignment for Nestle Europe. With 47 countries, +450 team members, and regular new product launches, the account is looking for a Director to provide data strategy for the North Cluster .
OVERVIEW OF ROLE :
As Data Strategy Director, you will be responsible for ensuring Nestle is viewed as being at the forefront of data -driven applications in media. You will be expected to work together with other key disciplines within OPENMIND ( e.g. Strategy & Planning) to deliver innovative media solutions, with a focus on using Nestlé’s 1st party data. You will work with key client stakeholders to consult, implement, and assist with key decisions about data in media communications. You will be expected to generate significant business performance improvements for Nestle , as well as positive shifts in brand and media metrics .
