      General Position Scope:

      Responsible for collecting and analyzing data across all business applications to support BankPlus management in making informed decisions for process improvement initiatives, staffing efficiencies, as well as assist with special projects.

      Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Collect and analyze data to produce reports that provide insights into organizational performance.
      • Creating data collection systems and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
      • Use BankPlus data reporting software to assist with special projects assigned to the Application Specialist, Process Improvement Analyst or Loan Operations.
      • Develop, enhance, and maintain the reporting for the Risk Management Report of Activity for Board Reporting.
      • Work with individual department leads to develop departmental metrics to assist with staffing level reviews.
      • Facilitate delivery of various projects through all stages of production cycle.
      • Work directly with team leads to assist with organizational projects as needed.
      • Ensure data integrity by working with department leads to validate results.
      • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bank products, services, policies, procedures, and appropriate regulatory issues as related to daily job functions including but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act; Privacy Act; Fair Lending Act; Regulation E, etc. Complete required compliance training and adhere to the Bank’s standard of conduct.
      • Performs other duties as assigned.
      • Participation in the bank’s High-Performance Rewards Connections program.
      • Make referrals to the Mortgage Center and Wealth Management.

      Position Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or comparable programming certification and would like 5 + years of banking experience but not required.
      • Experience with tools like Cognos, Power BI, and SQL
      • Experience with report design and development.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize, make difficult decisions and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
      • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel, Word, Outlook and Smartsheet.
