      The Data Support Specialist is primarily responsible for gathering, entering, organizing, and analyzing data related to grants and program performance. The ideal candidate will have strong spreadsheet and data presentation skills and be capable of tailoring insights for various audiences, including internal staff, leadership, and funders. This position will support our Medication Addiction Treatment (MAT) Program.

      Duties & Responsibilities

      • The Data Support Specialist accurately enters and maintains data related to grants, clients, and program outcome.
      • Pulls data from internal systems and external sources as needed
      • Cleans, organizes, and analyzes data for reporting and evaluation purposes
      • The Data Support Specialist creates spreadsheets, charts, and visual presentations that communicate key insights effectively
      • Customizes reporting materials for different stakeholders (e.g., program managers, grant funders)
      • Ensures data accuracy and compliance with grant reporting requirements
      • Assists in preparing narrative and statistical reports for funders and internal teams
      • The Data Support Specialist collaborates with the program team to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
      • Maintains confidentiality and follow HIPAA and organizational data security policies
