- Accurately input, update, and maintain records across internal systems and databases.
- Generate, format, and support the maintenance of standard and special reports.
- Perform routine data audits to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, changes, and system workflows.
- Support and review customer account information for accuracy and updates.
- Respond promptly and professionally to email correspondence.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and CRM-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT, Credit, and other relevant team members to resolve user concerns efficiently and effectively.
- This position is based onsite at our Corporate Headquarters, Monday through Friday, offering daily collaboration and a dynamic team environment.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience in an administrative role or experience in data entry, data operations and data management.
- Helpdesk support and experience with ticketing/IT Service Management systems (e.g., ManageEngine, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple internal systems or tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive, friendly attitude and willingness to help others.
- Ability to manage time effectively, adapt to shifting priorities and work independently.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as required.

How will you contribute?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Data Support Technician to join our IT team. This role combines accurate data entry and reporting with basic technical support to ensure smooth daily operations and reliable data management across systems. You'll assist users with basic software issues, support customer account maintenance, and help maintain the integrity of business-critical information.

Hourly Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
