What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract data from SQL environments and ensure proper storage and security of sensitive information
- Assess workflows, data models, and datasets to identify efficiency opportunities and data standardization needs
- Validate quality measure builds and collaborate with IT resources as needed
- Assist in onboarding new populations and resolve logic, data ingestion, or reporting issues
- Prepare training materials and provide education on new logic or data structures
- Maintain a list of data-related incidents and provide insight to stakeholders on data availability and accuracy
- Serve as the main point of contact for data-related concerns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- Master's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; or 5 years of experience
- 2+ years of experience with healthcare claim or quality metric data
- 2+ years of experience writing SQL code
- 2+ years of data analytics experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience with Epic systems preferred
- Critical thinking skills and ability to investigate data systems and root causes
- Knowledge of quality metrics and experience in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Epic databases and analytics tools
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and experience in training or supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
